Credit cards may be used to purchase document images and deposit money in an established escrow account*. A $3.00 convenience fee will be added to cover the cost of this service.  

*Escrow deposits by credit card are limited to $100 or less.

Fees will be assessed to your account when you "Download" and view a document at the statutory rate of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. 

When you add your credit card information, there will be a $50.00 pre-authorization charge placed on your card.  You will not be charged $50.00, you will only be charged for the cost of the documents (see above) plus the $3.00 convenience fee.

Privacy Policy:  Ashland County will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Credit card information is used only for payment processing by Authorize.Net. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit transaction is not used for any other purpose by Authorize.Net or Ashland County and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services.
